Neal Robertson of the Tannochbrae Tearoom in Auchtermuchty has won the coveted Golden Spurtle Trophy in Carrbridge with his Cranachan Redux recipe.

He believes the secret of his perfect porridge is the water from the hills above Auchtermuchty and the use of the Spon rather than the traditional spurtle.
