The Arms of The Royal Burgh of Auchtermuchty

Survey

The fortnightly collection of grey, brown and blue bins has been in place for some time now and, like it or not, we have all had to get used to it.

When it was introduced there were many fears that a fortnightly collection would not be sufficient and that, especially in hot weather, there would be smells and risk of disease.

We have just had one of the best summers in memory, did this happen?

Burnside recycling point

We have also had recycling points placed around the town with bins for different coloured glass, tins etc. - is this a good idea? What do you think?

Please let me know what you think.
